That car belongs to Brian Perry and Todd Harter. They are long time GGR timetrialers. Brian also raced a 356 in the Panamericana years ago. Brian also spec races in SCCA competition. That car has been in a constant state of construction over the last 3-4 years. Finished the paint and graphics about 2 years ago. A very distinctive look to say the least.
