So I have a 71 that came with a Frankfurt but not installed. I have the Porsche faceplate and the mounting hardware, just no faceplate like you are showing. I can't find any pics of how it would be installed. Any ideas how your faceplate attaches - is it behind the Porsche faceplate so only the bezel shows?

Also, hard to tell what the bezel looks like. Is it colored, chrome?

I think it is held on with nuts n washers that screw onto the escutcheon tubes on the volume and selector shanks. The knobs are slid on afterwards. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
