in discussion with the good doctor he is finding the liquor laws in PA confusing...

it's not that bad, really.

you buy wine and distilled spirits from the state. it's not completely clear to me why the state wants to encourage you to drink, but maybe it's to help you cope with the income tax and crappy drivers. most but not all State Stores are open on Sunday. you can buy wine at the winery, any day.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BUY 3 SIX-PACKS OF BEER IN PENNSYLVANIA.

beer is sold by "distributors" in case lots. (but not on Sunday. yet - this is changing soon. actually, it might have gone into effect July 1 and i didn't notice. if not - soon.)

or you can buy UP TO TWO six packs at a bar.
but not three.

SAY GOODBYE to cheap alcohol at the Costco!

They have a weather term here, "Partly sunny." So the glass is half full? In Cali it is partly cloudy. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/huh.gif)

there's actually a meteorlogical distinction...

more than 50% cloud cover -- 'partly sunny'
less than 50% cloud cover -- 'partly cloudy'

as for Scott wanting to play with a stocker, my '71E is mostly stock, but the clutch is iffy, so i won't be playing with anybody...

clay i cant blame the dr for not stopping in that state of yours smells like cow shit and oil.

i dont think grass hopper will be making it at least not in a 914, the DAPO butched the body harness when they put in a single carb and it wont work with the fi motor.

so does anybody have a 74 or later wiring harness that is not butchered for little grass hopper

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/lol2.gif) Actually, that is kinda true around here. I used to work for a (get this) computer manufacturing facility. Right next door was a cattle farm's transit lot. The smokers used to bitch about the constant mooing and the smell of cow (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/stromberg.gif) . It was worse when the wind was out of the north.....
