Transaxle From James Dean’s Wrecked 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder Is Already Nabbing Six-Figure Bids.. https://www.bing.com/search?q=james+dean+55...d368eafd9032192 I was joking with friend's last week and invited some over to touch the fender that Dean touched. Apparently, he test drove 550-0054 before he bought 0055. This was the original fender off of 0054. Attached thumbnail(s) |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif) If 914s had been available with a 4 Cam motor, they would never have been called NARP. And there was a 914 that had a 4 cam motor installed in it. I have an old VW/Porsche article on it. Clay |

A friend built it for 904-0014 and they tested it in a 911, ran it around Summit Point Race Track. |
