Bump to remind that registration is now open. When answering how many Okteenerfests I had attended I discovered Steve hadn't allowed a check box for the 2010 event, which may have been the first? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) 2010 was MUSR in Vonore... my first 914 event. Travelling all the way to Arkansas for MUSR 2011 was the true catalyst for Okteenerfest - I wondered why there was no event in the southeast with all the mountain roads available. A small group drive in 2012 was a sort of litmus test for Okteenerfest which then became an official event in 2013. Now ya know (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) I have the poster hanging on my office wall titled"Teeners on the Tail" and dated Fall 2010 that was my reference. I assume you made that poster, as your graphic work is always outstanding, and I'm a fan! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) I believe I know that car on that poster?? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) Steve is the Man!!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/first.gif) And I have a few found memories too... Like collecting the MUSR Crankshaft award in Vonora!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) And I'm also the proud owner of a very coveted Jackstand Award from 2014?! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/slap.gif) Looking forward to all the great times coming our way in Sept... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif) Huge Thanks to All the Crew that have made this a GREAT EVENT! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif) |

Betty and I will be there. We just finished signing up and have a room reserved.
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving-girl.gif) We are taking the southern route via I-20. It is a little longer (Like 10 minutes), but it avoids the broken bridge on I-40 in Memphis. Clay |

Just uploaded new ones Betty made. She is currently working on a #40 Sounato GT one now. Got any suggestions? Send her a note. Clay Is that a top Betty has drawn on my Delphi Green teener? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bye1.gif) She must know that I hardly ever take the top off! That is a machine gun turret. Clay Correction needed then, I was a sharpshooter in Vietnam, no M 60 for me! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ar15.gif) I think it was meant to be Ma Duce, and it was just a green car to put it on. But talk to the artist. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |
