Original 914-6 oil tank. I believe it’s original paint over factory applied copper plating. No rust. Shop worn paint. The metal is in great overall condition. $795 + ship. Email Mark@MarkEpstein.net to purchase.

This one isn’t pretty but it’s not rusty or banged up. Paint comes off easily and new paint over the copper will be good for another 50+ years v

Air craft stripper?

If so then it’s copper safe?

I’d like to strip mine. What did you use?

An old can of aircraft stripper. Worked really well. I tried it on a damaged 911 tank before I tried it on the six tank.
