I looked at these when they were in Thousand Oaks, CA. that seller was very forthright about them. Swiss cheese with goop and fiberglass and DAPO doesn't even begin to describe what they will need.

I inspected both of them closely. Alot of stuff is covered up with pretty paint. Even if you saw photos, they wont show what's there on an in person. If you are considering one or both, look at the floors, the longs, the hellhole. There's a story there....
