Since this is my first teener, I've been learning a lot and replacing a lot. I've noticed my car ran a little hot almost hitting the red on the temp gauge but she ran fine.
Yesterday, I was cleaning away a bunch of grime from under the car and noticed the thermostat cable was snapped. How hard is it to replace the cable and how much damage might I have caused driving around with the thermostat not working properly? Anyone in the Portland, OR area willing to take on an apprentice to pass on the 914 knowledge? Willing to spring for beer.
