The brake pedal pivots on the OD of this tube, and the clutch pedal pivots in the ID. The phosphate surface finish helps resist corrosion, and has an original appearance. These bearing tubes receive a phosphate surface treatment just like the originals, sorry no plans for yellow zinc plating.
