I'm sure this has come up before... the dash on my 70 -6 is Tangerine whereas the chassis is Signal Orange. Interesting how different the colors really are. I like the Tangerine better.
I've seen this before on glove box doors. Not yet on the dash. This is definitely a real -6 dash. My car is in a rotisserie with soda and dry ice blasting scheduled for next Tuesday. Some steel fab and welding to do but not bad at all, at least so far! |

Very common. I’ve actually never seen a dash that matches the original body color and I’ve parted quite a few 914’s.

The other two recent 914's I took completely apart, both 1973 cars, had the same color dash as the car. I get to paint this car signal orange when I like the tangerine better! |
