yes, thats an original coil bracket.
never had to change the coil on mine. far as i know the holes do nothing and have nothing through them. the black orig coil on mines got nothing on it in terms of bumps or engaging pins. dunno why they had the holes. when you look at a kombi or type 4 its not clear why the holes are there either. someone may know. |
