This is for a 1974 car, so 0439512 translates to;

4th week of the Year, so January
3 day of the week, so Wednesday?
9 is factory
512 car build that year?

Am I reading that correctly?

Thanks!

Running number is only the last 2 digits.

95 will roll over to 96 when the count goes from 99 to 100 for that day:
9599 -> 9601
