I'm trying to find the electrical end that will plug on to the back up light switch.

For a 2001 Boxster S transaxle 6 speed.

Not having much luck in finding any place.

Contact Joe Cogbill at CogsCogs.com, he has several totaled boxters in the junk yard.

I don't have experience with Boxsters personally, but that certainly looks a lot like a standard Bosch EV1 connector to me - should be easy to find online or in any relatively modern VW/Audi in a junkyard.

That is a standard Bosch injector plug. It is identical to the ones used on the L-Jet system on a 914.
