I am going through my 1974 1.8 wiring harness before it goes back in the car.

I want to put a 95+ 3.6 motor in this car

Would someone with a 3.6 please let me know what wiring issues I need to be aware of...

there is the wiring from the brain to the motor but what else?

The wiring between the DME and the engine doesn't require any mods. It's the wiring between the engine/DME and the car that takes a little work. Patrick Motor Sports makes a harness to adapt the engine to the car which makes the install pretty easy.

I got the harness from PMS, but ended up taking it apart and rearranging it because I mounted the DME in the passenger foot well.

Buy the wiring harness from PMS.

For the 400.00 bucks,it makes life a lot simpler with your install. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)
