Picked this up from Sams Club to use as a paint rack. I am renting a warehouse and have nothing to hang stuff from because it has 20' ceiling. Saw this metal clothes rack with wire basket to put needed stuff in while painting. Easy to roll around, even paint outside. Had to make one modification though. Center bar just floats over wire top rail. Got some SS wire and X patterned bracket to make it stable. This setup may work for you.
