m s might not last as long, but it sounds "better". deeper tone.

as noted all this supply disruption will settle down --------eventually.
building materials for construction in australia is a total mess at moment.
its a global problem.

I expect another year or so of the stainless disruption. We are going to bend up a set or 2 of steel headers and see how it goes.

My expectation is that steel will be the new normal for both headers and mufflers. Once I run out of stainless for the 40 some odd units I have left than it will likely be another 12-18 months before stainless will be normalized enough to invest in any more.

Had the same problem getting metal. For lower grade applications we switched over to 3CR12, much cheaper than 316 and generally good for external corrosion.
