Might anyone know a) if there should be some sort of trim cap on the bolt that is exposed through the firewall pad and located just forward of the main relay board (see photo) and b) if so, its part number? I don't see it in any of the parts diagram and I'm not sure what it's connecting to on/in the firewall. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)
Mine's been "open" for several decades but not sure if there was a cap that fell off or it's just "open". At least I've finally gotten around to cleaning it up (after the photo). |

What is incorrect? The wipers! Will send pic tomorrow. The “bent” arm one goes on the drivers side; the straight arm one goes on the passenger side. When correct, the geometry makes sense. Also, a 1.8 made just a few vin numbers before mine is here and has the charcoal can in the front. Will send pics on that thread tomorrow, too. FYI, @wonkipop |
