73 914 project - in decent shape, complete w all parts. Was going to be a winter project but things have changed.

Has 15” Fuchs wheels, original 1.7 engine spins w compression. Some floor pan rust in rear pans by firewall, hell hole needs attention. Door gaps are great, longs look fine.

Have $4150 into it- would like to get that back, but will take best offer. Located a few miles east of Boulder, Colorado.

Pics of the hell hole? Is that rear quarter banged or something else? Trying to sort out the pics you’ve shared... I see a cracked windshield also. Those side stripes, they vinyl or paint?

Yes, there is a decent dent in the rear passenger quarter. Yes, cracked windshield.

Vinyl graphics! Looks like on respray.

Currently does not start and run, but I am working on that this week. No indications that it shouldn't run.

Now runs and spins wheels through gears. New battery, starter, points, ignition switch. If I can get some brakes, it will “drive” also.

No fuel supply set up so putters out at end of this video:

Looks like a worthwhile project and the price is a real bargain.

I would love to come and take a look at it! I’m over towards Brighton off of Highway 7, so likely not too far away from you! My dad had this cars when we were growing up (orange) and I’ve been looking for one to work on. I’m new to the web site/forum, so not sure if you can send me a time or phone number that we can touch-base? I appreciate it! Ryan

That's a helluva price for a reasonably solid, good color, running 914
