Looks like a well cared for example. The burn area is also relatively contained. This thread (http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showtopic=340748) from a couple years ago suggests that it might be a simpler restoration than one would think.

Wasn't in VIN database so no info on previous owner.
