Hi everyone,my question…Is there an easy trick to removing stock trailing arm bushings?Trailing arms are removed from vehicle already.

I can vouch for @iankarr 's approach. I took both sides apart and put the shaft back into one arm with new bushings. It worked really well and was much easier than expected.
