Thanks for everyone's help and the pm's! I found the one I was looking for. Again, I appreciate the help!

I've been 914-less for over a year now, and I'm looking to get another one. Here is my very loose wish list:

1.) Budget 6-12K

2.) Body: Very few rust issues...I'm not interested in re-doing longs, jack points, etc.
Either Narrow body or Chris Foley type flares
Fiberglass bumpers, deck lids, hood a plus
Warts removed a huge plus
Year model not important....no bumpers, backdated or fiberglass bumpers a
plus
Paint faded, paint bad, paint color, slight dents, etc. not an issue
The less chrome/bright work the better.

3.) Transmission: Prefer functional side shift, but tail shift not a deal breaker

4.) Engine: Prefer 2.0 FI, but carbs not a deal breaker. 1.7, 1.8, or Suby also acceptable.
Prefer both engine and transmission in running/driving condition, but NOT a MUST.
If not local, must be able to load onto a trailer.

5.) Suspension: Front & rear sway bars a plus, adjustable springs a plus, 4 or 5 lug ok

6.) Misc: Basically, I'm looking for a driving project. Something that I can work on while
I drive it. It might be somewhat rat roddish or modified or just plain "not pretty".
I want to keep/make the vehicle 1900 or less lbs, could care less about originality
or pedigree. Not looking for Chalon kits or some crazy thing your brother-in-law
fused together back in the 80's involving a body kit, a Bricklin, and an Opel GT.

That's pretty much it. Let me know what you might be willing to let go of. Not opposed to shipping cross country for the right car. Thanks in advance.
