@Montreal914 - Through the DMV so that's the plate assigned to the car. I ordered them in the 1960s black/yellow and since CA doesn't do personalised plates in the proper year of mfg. blue/yellow, I ordered that "fake" one and plan to run it on the car. I'll carry the state issued plate with me, just in case.

Smart! I was wondering how you got vanity plates in blue/yellow. That's a nice workaround.

@nivekdodge Kevin - I made the aluminum one as part of a metal shaping class I took years ago. The plastic one (just a generic scoop from Summit) is for testing ideas for a cold air intake.

Im thinking cold air for the car. But i also have thoughts about the vacuum area behind the backlite??? no one mentions this.
