I wish things were sold as Kits, just saying.

For a leaky oil temp sensor
I’m getting
Oil temp seal (rubber)
Oil temp gasket
Two bolt crush washers

Is that it or is there some crush washer where the sensor penetrates to metal holder?

I think the gasket is only necessary for the cover without the sensor.
I believe there is an aluminum sealing ring for the sensor.

Its unlikely you'll need the large (orange) O ring. There is a copper crush washer that will go under your sender to plate,
& for the cover, aside from the paper gasket there is a rubber stopper for the wire.
Take it out & run a flat file over the bolt holes I bet you'll be taking off metal.
Do your best to make sure the thing is flat, then Clean Clean Clean it.
I dont put any sealant on the O ring but I will on the shorty M6 bolts.
If your efforts were successful ...no leaks.

Could not find just the crush washer, but I ordered a new sensor so hopefully the washer is on there.

This needs to be a simple kit…geez

That is it, but change all of the above to make sure it's sealed
