Yep the drag racers did this...if you look at the cylinders they have no fins or water jacket...drag race only.
I know I have that mag (Hot VW's) but my scanner is down. They were ruled illegal by the racing rules (PRA?) by the next season. If you raced and did this your teen they would rule it illegal PDQ or at least bump you up a class or two. |

Couldn't you just run waterboxer heads? I know they user waterboxer cases and lower ends with T1 heads, the Oxyboxer? Isn't that right?

Wasserboxers use type1 crank spacing.. it'd work on a type1 but not a type4. |
