I have removed the fuel tank from my '75 to replace it with a new tank. Took photos of how everything was put together except the inlet and outlet pipe orientation.

I have looked at the existing forum posts and photos and I have seen these pipes in different orientations. Parts diagram shows them pointed away from the centre of the car.

A photo of the OG positioning would be really helpful. Thanks.

Doesnt really matter except to avoid kinking either line you want them to angle too follow the coil of the line(s) in thier relaxed position (not pulled to the top of the bulkhead) if that makes sense...

This is the only picture I could find in the manual. Its not the greatest, but it does give you a visual reference of how the factory did it. Hope its helpful.
