My baby was stolen this last weekend. Stolen from Autowerkes Porsche in Huntington Beach Ca. It looks like the car was targeted as other cars were broken into to move them to get to my car. I am heartbroken. As many of the long time members know my car is an over the top GT resto-mod and a multi year thread exists here on the World as testament.

Some LE agencies are better than others when it comes to auto theft. Might be worth seeing if the CHP can tap into their Cal Trans camera system. Maybe they can do a bit of searching and figure out what offramp.
I swear, with all the cameras these days, following an item like this should be doable. Exits freeway. Camera feeds in either direction pick it up going X direction.. give a general neighborhood maybe. Local cops probably know the players in any given neighborhood, chop shops etc. Just a thought. Also, same with the news outlets. KTLA always tapping into Cal Trans Cameras, maybe one of the "car guys" who reports on car things (Gayle Anderson?) would be interested in the story of the classic porsche last seen on video... you never know how getting the word out could help on this. And what a story it would be. My .02 cents, very sorry for your loss. Thanks to Gary I have spoken to the guy that spotted the car. It is confirmed it is my car for sure.
