I can copy pages from the Factory Repair Manual that covers all the tests,
but I don't have enough personal experience operating the tester to provide training.

This is also known as the VW 1218 tester. You can find instructions on its use on the Pelican, Aircooled Nut and TheSamba websites. Search on “VW 1218 tester” and you will find all of these references.
