I'm using a Holley fuel pressure regulator and have a gauge on it with no return - works great.

Learned early from Weber experts that they run best with pressure right at 3 psi. Nice pump from NAPA runs about 5 psi max. and the Holley regulator keeps it where it should be. Not expensive either:

Supply on left bottom, return on left top.
Top left bolt restricts fuel flow and adds pressure to system at carb take offs at 2 face ports.

OK, one end goes on the vapor recovery tank on top of the fuel tank. where does the other end go in the engine bay?

It connects to the Charcoal canister that if stock would be either mounted to the Batt. tray or off the back wall.
