72 914 4 brake light is flashing with key on engine off. I have ruled out the master cylinder switch and the park brake switch. The system seems to work normal with the alternator lead at the relay board unplugged. it is a cheap rockauto reman alt. Any thoughts. Thanks Rick PS engine has not been started yet. Working out bugs.

Sounds like the parking brake handle switch is going to ground. I'd pull that switch and inspect.
