Can anyone analyze the significance of my letter/number choice on my custom German plate? Osnabruck914 ![]() The A-4 and V-2 were the same names for the wonder weapon rockets developed by Von Braun. Germans called them the V-2 rockets while the Nazis were making them in the Mittelbrau Dora concentration camp, while I believe the US Army called the rockets the A-4 when the US began building the rockets with captured German engineers and NOS German parts after WW2. |

Peenemunde, where the V-2 rockets were developed and originally built by the Nazis under the direction of Werner Von Braun, is located in the German state/province of OVP!
