Proving yet again . . . “The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits.”

False advertising: “If you’re looking for a one of a kind ride, then this is it!”. Nope, lots of front engine v8, rear drive, terrible handling “hot rod” vehicles exist and this one will be no different. And at first glance it doesn’t even look that different.

And . . . Rear drum brakes. Marvellous!

I don't hate it. Sans the hood, it's actually a great looking 914 from the outside. Maybe an option for someone who has some sort of mobility issue that prohibits them from driving a stick?

That builder epitomizes "To each their own." My kind of person.
Would I do it? Probably not. But I do LOVE the commitment. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)

I think its kinda cool. I would not do it myself, but it looks to be fairly well done and I bet it positively scoots. Its fun to see different ways of doing things. I don't know why it was done this way, but I don't begrudge the builder for doing whatever the hell this now is.

I love my Renegade 914-8. I call it my budget Pantera.

Forest Gump said it best, “stupid is as stupid does.”

I wouldn’t sacrifice my front trunk for a radiator; sure wouldn’t let a water pumper engine live there.

Trans-914

Doesn’t know what it is.

Sort of looks like a 914 but has a nasty surprise in store for you if you mistakenly look under the hood.

Just wondering where you put your feet. Between the wheel well and the transmission hump, there can't be much space
