Does the turn signals share the flasher relay?
If not which relay is it?

Yes, the turn signal relay is the same as the hazard flasher and brake warning light flasher relay.

Lots of people think it is supposed to be on the back of the fuse panel. It was originally mounted to the dash frame near the headlight/foglight switches. So over the years, it has probably been moved. But it is a square black relay that is about twice as tall as a generic square Bosch relay.
