WTB: I am doing a 5 lug conversion on my 1974 914. I have everything needed except for the tires and wheels. I know people love Fuchs and they do look great on a 914. But I am looking for something interesting. My car is narrow bodied so 195/205 tires are all I want to go. Do you have anything interesting buried in the back of your garage? I live in the SF Bay Area.

How about some “old school” 15” wheels:

I’m local.

I have a set of four 15" rims and tires. They are not your normal Porsche Fuchs but they are ultralight and have a great look. They are staggered 6" x 15 and 7" x 15. They would look great on a 914. The 7" on the rear would be close but I think they could be made to work.

The set of four rims come with new Pirelli tires but I don't know the age of the tires and as such they may be to old to safely use

Let me know if you have an interest.

TIA

henry

Early 944 rims fit nicely. Offsets work well (1983-1986). 16” are hard to find, but I like the old school BBS basket weaves. They came in staggered sets 16x7 and 16x8. Not sure they’ll fit on a narrow body car though. Maybe use all 16x7‘s if you can find them.
