FS: Early & Late Rain Trays

The “early version" rain tray used on 1970-72 914-4s. The early engine lids had a pair of tabs that went thru slots in the early tray and bent to secure the tray. The tray is secured in the center of the lid via three 3 metal mounting brackets. The brackets are still intact and mounting hardware (studs and nuts) included to mount the tray mounts correctly when installed. Most of these early rain trays are usually missing these brackets or they (as are the trays) very poor.

3 late trays are available. All in nice condition and include mounting hardware.

Early $100 / Late $75 each shipped CONUS - thanks

I think I am interested in a late tray.
Haven’t even gotten my hands on the car yet but was told it is missing its tray:

If it’s right, let’s do it!

Thanks,

Michael
