No. I don't think that's stock. Hans would not have placed a crooked sticker there! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bootyshake.gif) he might have but we would never know because he would have been marched out the back and shot. i'm pretty sure the person who painted the stencil stamp on my cars engine was executed on the spot by the foreman shortly after doing it.
