Well, we yanked the motor a couple of weeks ago to get it ready for MUSR and I started really digging into the car yesterday with the motor out and well, I found this. HELL HOLE!

Mine was that bad at one time. And the fender was worse....

How hard is that area to replace?

I have to admit... I didn't do the replacement. I paid a body shop. While I can do body work, I take way too long doing it.

It took the body shop a year to do the body and paint work on my car.


Yes, I AM short. But I have no problem driving a 914. I can reach the pedals fine with the seat all the way forward.

You better get going as its getting worser by the minute just looking at it.

Cut it out and replace it with good metal and save the long.
