So I thought that I was having ignition switch problems, after going thru 2 in a very short period of time I kept thinking about contacts issues. After taking out the ignition housing we discovered that the assembly that the switch seats into was the problem. Got another switch housing (late model) that was in excellent condition from Garold No more problems. So the assembly that the switch fits into could be a lot of the problems with these old cars not so much the switch. Just a heads up.
