I have two early Targa tops, my doors are from the end of 1972 (scissor type window regulators) and the chassis is a 1974.

I know I can purchase all new seals at 914Rubber. I would also like to source new (or like new) channels and attachment strips.

I will have to make sure that the seals and the hardware are all for the early top.

Are there any good sources for these items? Should I just post a WTB in the classifieds?

Is there anything else that I should know before starting?

Thanks.

George

You might be able to source the channels from SMC, but would try a WTB first. There are lots of nice used pieces out there.

I used all 914Rubber seals and like them.
