I bought this throttle body and had it modified several years ago and had ran it for a while before I upgraded the engine with a PMB 2400 Electric Engine management system (fire breathing machine). The 2l ran well when it was installed and was a really nice upgrade in both form and function.

The throttle body is from Go Westy and has been long since unavailable.
It is further modified by ZPhill s great work. He reoriented the throttle actuation so the operating arm would fit and would work in the 914 LJet. Fits stock plenum seal.

It works and looks nice but it’s the long expensive way from point A to B.

It woke up the top end considerably with a minor hit to the low end.

I would like 500 plus shipping for the modded billet throttle body mods and that includes the LJet TPS.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) I installed that same throttle body years ago. And, with the 1-2-3 ignition, the cars acceleration really got better.

FYI for anyone else looking. They are frequently sold out but they do get new stock on these from time to time, just have to keep an eye out or be subscribed to their notifications.

I picked up a 2nd one from them last year for my van (first one is being used on my 2056) its a real nice piece

Hah, missed it by that much...good to know they pop up. Pricey, but I understand they’re worth it. Thanks James
