Second page of the manual has a picture that shows the wheels better. Definately -4 steelies and hubcaps, and a very visible VW logo on it. Also curious about the reflection on them... Thinking about it more, this must be a Euro car, there are no side markers and front lenses are red/white. But, the picture on the cover has a hood badge!
