I'm at the point in my GT project where I'm putting things back together and when I'm comparing the picture of the order of parts for the rear shock and spring, they are different from what the PET and the Maintenance manual tells me.
I've found an online youtube video of a 914 owner that has the same order of parts as how I found it on my car.
Is the Porsche Maintenance manual and PET info wrong?
Its the thick washer that sits either on top of the cap that holds the spring or under the cap that holds the spring that I would like to know where it sits....
If you want to see what I'm building, just check @alex_911st every once in a while.

The exploded picture is wring. The washer with the step goes under the top perch. The order of the other parts is correct.
