Those are great! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) If I could fit those in my budget I would. So I am going to borrow your design, hope you don't mind.

Not hard to do if you have access to a lathe and drill press.

But as Rich said, it is a fiddly job.

Lathe would be nice. But I do have a drill press with a machinist vice, a good wilton vice with copper jaws, taps, a dremmel and time. I even have the zerks. Somewhere... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/sunglasses.gif) well it seems there is some interest in these. Hopefully Aaron can make it pencil.
Challenge is that the shoulder (fit) bolt new is more than 10. a pop & I think George is the only suppler.
How much does the World think these should sell for?

I looked into this previously,

For 20 bolts from AA the price was ~ $250 with tax + shipping
(Shipping was $27.00 seemed an unreasonable amount)

That would only get you 10 sets.

Then each bolt requires four operations.

1.drilling the center hole
2.machining the groove in the shoulder
3.drilling the side hole
4. Tapping for the Zerk fitting.

Granted you could set up for each operation and do many of them, them move on to the next one.

For that much trouble it seems to ME that $50.00 a set
Would not be out of line.

Then after you work for hours on this project and offer it for sale, they sell out in SECONDS.

Not really worth my time. But I am not a experienced machinist.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) This is where I was, after crunching the parts & labor I guessed the cost was too much to warrant ramping it up.

I guess a few questions would be;
How much is a pair of these once ready for install?
Is Aaron still willing to make them?

I am still very interested in at least one set of these.

I just finished a small run of these

I have 8 pairs left they are 35.00 a pair or 67.00 for 2 pair + shipping

I did what I could to keep them budget friendly

You can still pre-order them on the website if you want a pair

So, if we want a set of these bolts we need to place an order through the Zims site and not you directly.
Correct?

Its easiest to place the order thru the website becauses the live shipping calculator and ease of payment

You can call me if you would prefer and I can take the order over the phone
