Can anyone tell me the ID, OD, and thickness of the washers used in the rear shock assembly?

The PO of our car swapped out and removed a bunch of stuff. I have a stash of various large washers I can pick through, but can't find specs to know what's correct. They all appear to be NLA, so hard to even find pictures. Are any of these unique in that they're concave or slotted?
  • #4 914-333-503-00 Cap - boge -
  • #5 901-333-511-00 Stop washer
  • #9 914-333-515-01 Washer (aka suspension shim?)
  • #13 914-333-515-00 Washer

Thank you.

P.S. Is it safe to reuse the rubber bump stop (6), donut (11), and cone (12) bushings fi they're not thrashed?

QUOTE(Montreal914 @ Jul 10 2024, 01:03 PM) *

As for washer #5, I am not sure which one it is (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) ...maybe the plastic split ones? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

@Montreal914 Thanks very much for this. Added info to parts vault.

I just got some information from Auto Atlanta today. They indicate #5 is in fact rubber and the OD is about 54mm.

This is the only part that is non-metal in my Koni red leftover part setup. Seems like a compliant plastic.

Not sure it is #5 but here you go.

Dennis, I have the two plastic split washers shown in my previous post and I have these (the larger one being the one you wanted dimensions of).

All of this hardware was part of the Koni red shown below:

An update regarding #5 from parts catalog diagram 901-333-511-00 Stop washer for rear shocks. Non-metal rubber or plastic type of material. OD: ~ 54 mm.

While the original part is NLA, there is a shipping part (as of 2024) that appears to be similar material and has the grooves that Jeff suggests act as a vent to keep the stopper from acting as a vacuum pump and sucking fluid past the shaft seal.

It is 911-333-511-00. Slightly larger at 58mm.
