Greetings!

As I was tearing down an early 74 2.0, I found these markings and was wondering if anyone on the forum have seen them before. What do they represent? This came out of a low mileage car and it doesn't appear the motor has ever been a part. Thanks!

The color is the same as stenciled production info seen on the front of the casting
below the oil filler/breather housing.
Bored assembly line workers ?
