Let's have a "Welcome Back!" party At The Red Barn!
Give me a shout once you have the car in hand and we can work out a date?

(And I may know someone interested in the Mini.)

Welcome back! Nice looking car. Awesome to have yet another 914 in the neighborhood, and it looks like yours will be the nicest one of all once it gets here (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) . We've now got a nice little cluster of 914s and air cooled VWs/Porsches within the few blocks around our houses. I've been marveling at the different cars I see, and the work being done on your house, every time I drive by. Minis, VWs, Porsches, and far more. I never know what I'll see out there every time I drive by. I'll stop and introduce myself in person if I see you out there. Or maybe you'll be at EASY?

Thx Chris - taking care of aging parents now so free time out of the crazy houseis precious, however a RedBarn command performance will require full attention

Congrats, cool score! And I do dig cookie cutters as well but as I recall they're quite a bit heavier than Fuchs (?)

Re the 356 - we just acquired one as well and have 4-5 spare doors in storage, not really sure what they are or condition. This car had at least its driver's door a few years ago swapped due to dents and rust. I will be checking them out more closely one of these days...
