If you have had them all apart you shouid know what jets , emulsion tubes and choke sizes are in there. What spark plugs are you using? My 2.7 is running 34 chokes, I would guess your 32 are too large for a stock 2.0. Go back and set it up like it was in the beginning.

Just curious - does it seem to start/ run better with the key in start and then die when you release the key to the run position??

back to square 2.. square 1 check that when #1 is at firng the intake valve is closed and that #4 is open slightly..ie air will pass and can hear at tail pipe.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drunk.gif)
