Several years back, I bought one of Ben's stainless mufflers and squirreled it away. John (here in Huntsville) welded on a O2 sensor bung for me. He also CNC'd new stainless flanges and welded them in place on the heat exchangers.

On a trip out to North Carolina, I dropped it off at Jet Hot along with a set of used 2.0 SSIs.

I think they came out nice.

The heater hardware had 30+ years of baked on grease and road grime. Two scrub brushes, 3 cans of brake cleaner, buckets of simple green later, they were clean enough for the bead blasting cabinet.

I had a small start-up powder coater take a stab at the heater hardware. They did a reasonable job for the price. Certainly good enough for the bottom of the car.

Anyway... one more thing taken care of. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif)
