Could the turn signal relay be one of these?

Found these under the dash

Those look like aftermarket relays installed by a previous owner. They don't look like Porsche factory relays. During the 914s production run, the factory liked to use those black plastic round-shaped relays for everything.

The turn signal relay is on the board attached to the fuse panel. Two screws to remove the panel. IIRC it’s the upside-down square one.

On early cars it was not attached to the relay board, I believe.

Can't tell what these cans are for. You'll likely need to trace the wires to see where they go.
