Former TX 914 with minimal rust, garage kept by previous family owners over 25+ years

Pros:
Rare (one year only) L99K Copper Metallic exterior!
Uncracked OG factory dash! “Unicorn” level 914 feature!
Engine recently rebuilt by Vintage Porsche VW expert Tony Proasi using new AA cylinder heads and AA Big Bore Kit
Factory Fog Lights
Center Console with Gauges
PORSCHE Rear Center Reflector
Riviera Alloy Wheels
New Fuel Tank
Factory Bosch 1.8 L Jet Fuel Injection with new dual FI relay, new vacuum hoses and fuel hoses
Bursch Performance Exhaust System with Spare Muffler
New Battery
New Accelerator Pedal and Pedal Pads
New Fully Retracting Antenna with Key
Replaced Oil Filler Funnel and installed new Oil Filler Cap O Ring and Oil Filler Housing base gasket
Starts right up, runs and idles great!

Also included: Custom fit terry cloth car cover, front bra, outdoor fitted car cover, 5 OG factory styled steel 5.5 x15 wheels, excellent used factory battery tray with stand (has all factory mounts for ECU, etc. unlike repros, bought from 914 Ltd.), factory correct 75 1.8 charcoal canister and bracket with new hoses, front metal cover for under tank / steering rack area and spare Bursch muffler mentioned above.

Cons:
Older repaint in the original L99K color is a “10 footer” with several dings, dents, scratches, peeling clear coat, etc.
Drivable as-is but wouldn’t recommend driving long distances without further assessment.
Brakes, shocks and transmission synchros likely need attention.
Small oil leak at oil temp sender (likely an easy fix with new / additional gasket). Design flaw / very common 914 issue.
Clutch cable conduit / tube has been “fixed” but needs permanent repair (fairly easy DIY repair with a MIG, I’ve done this repair before and documented it on 914world). Again, design flaw / very common 914 issue.
Wipers, fresh air blower and horn not working. (may be easy fixes ex: tach was inop and simply needed wire switched to the other coil terminal).
Needs heater cables replaced, metal hose connectors and gaskets on heater boxes and topside heater blower hoses. NOTE: Heater blower does work and heater flapper boxes present.
90% tread on tires with minimal dry rot, but tires are extremely old and possibly out of round
Rust present on rear end of battery tray (have repair sheet metal, see above), small amount in hell hole area and on underside near passenger side rear “donut”, drivers side qtr. panel adjacent to roof sail panel, bubbling on back trunk edge and perforation near center back edge of rear trunk floor. Have pics of all these areas.
Missing passenger side door pod below arm rest and sun visors (have sun visor pins). New repro sun visors are available from several vendors.
Seat bottom bolsters on driver side have seam separation.

Running, driving 914 that would be great solid “driver” with a few fixes or an Excellent full restoration candidate!
Happy to provide additional information and / or additional pics.
Price: $15,000 OBO

NOTE: Car is currently in Louisville, KY
