Mark,
Why do you say they are fir LE?
I thought those covers were only use on the non alloy type lug bolts to cover the ugly ends. I have never seen them on any alloy wheels.

They were on my '70 when I bought it. Don't know why either since the nuts are recessed about 2" in those Boxster deep dish wheels. I couldn't see them and they are a pain to remove when the nut is recessed. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Yes, they can be used on ALL 19mm lug bolts. Most often seen on 914 LE cars. VW used them on Sport Bugs, Blue Jeans and Sun Bugs special edition cars.
